FAQ of the hotel

Where are you located?

Our hotel is nestled in lush greenery in Guadeloupe, ideally situated for exploring the island, with its idyllic beaches, colourful markets and nature walks.

Is there a car park?

Our hotel welcomes you to a fully secure, enclosed site, and we offer free private parking for all guests.

Are your rooms comfortable?

Yes! They are all equipped with air conditioning, high-quality bedding and decorated with a Creole touch. They even have a private terrace where you can enjoy the pleasure of being surrounded by the tropical garden

How many people can stay in a room?

Our rooms are suitable for both couples and families. We have rooms for 2 to 5 people, equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every four days during your stay.

We also offer a beach towel hire service on request at reception

We will provide a cot and a high chair at your accommodation.

Is there an internet connection and a TV?

We don’t have Wi-Fi or TV in the rooms. It’s simply our way of offering you a proper break, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available in the communal areas, so you can share your memories or catch up with friends and family.

And if the mobile network is a bit patchy… just think of it as nature reclaiming its place.

Is there a reception service?

Our hotel has a reception desk open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, where you can book excursions, ask for advice or information, and so on.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, and it’s carefully prepared every morning: tropical fruits, coffee, juice, homemade treats… A real treat to get the day off to a good start.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, nestled in the heart of our tropical garden. Perfect for cooling off after a day out or simply soaking up the Guadeloupean sun.

Do you offer any additional products or services?

Yes, we have a bar service open from 11.00 am, serving a selection of local tapas. And if you’d like to take a little piece of Guadeloupe home with you, we have a small shop selling local produce (punch, jams, syrups, and soon cosmetics). We’re always happy to advise our guests on excursions and things to see and do on the island.

What are your rates?

On average, expect to pay €150 per night for two people and €215 for four people (breakfast included). We sometimes offer special deals, particularly for local residents or longer stays.

Is your flight leaving late in the evening?

Subject to availability, you may be able to take advantage of a late check-out and keep your room (subject to a charge)

Alternatively, we can store your luggage so you can make the most of your time here, and we provide a courtesy shower before you leave.
